And as a special treat, let's go back in time, 6 years ago on this day,where Torrie and Stacy squared in a Bra & Panties match. 2002 was a good year for Torrie. Having her first shot(and only) at the Women's Champion(which she lost but hey) to winning the Golden Thong award. Tonight is no different as Torrie was victorious. Then she gave the fans a special treat that has us say "God Bless America"! Happy 4th of July everyone.
With the surgery a success, Torrie has posted 3 new Myspace photos of her surgery. Thank goodness she is alright and let's all wish her a speedy recovery.

I’m alive! Current mood: grateful
Well guy's I made it back from surgery alive!!!! I have to say that there for a minute I was pretty nervous about the whole deal! My surgeon, who was absolutely amazing scared me a bit right befor going under the knife...let's just say that as I was stepping onto the little surgery table and starting to feel like I had about 10 shots of Petron' tequila, my sweet little Dr. says to me "So Torrie are you ready to go?!" I looked at him with tears in my eyes ( I was crying all morning because I was so scared!) and said "I guess as ready as I will ever be, just please promise me that I won't wake up paralyzed because of a mistake." Ok so what words do you think came out of his mouth after that? ...this is what he said...."Honey being paralyzed is the least of your worries with a surgery like this! You have a lot of major organs just on the other side of where I am working and if I just happen to accidently puncture any of them you could bleed to death easily!" so of course I asked him..."well what if that happens? I mean what can you do to help me?" He replied with " Well, honey I will just have to cut you open all the way across your stomach and work hard to fix the problem and stop the bleeding....but you will end up with a pretty large scar across your stomach!"
Ok so call me crazy but I was inches away from taking off for the parking lot just at that moment! Instead I prefered to pray the hardest I have ever prayed that everything goes fine and dandy! The surgery did take a little longer than usual so of course when I woke up at 8pm the first thing I did after looking at the clock was feel for a cut across my tummy...and luckily everything went great. Needless to say, I am so very thankful that I got such a wonderful Dr. that went above and beyond. I am slowly starting to walk better and feel like my old self again...And just so you guy's can see how absolutely horrible I can look, I decided to show you a couple pics of me after surgery in the hospital without of stitch of makeup on....now that's love if you can get past that sight!
Anyway, I just wanted to fill ya'all in on how the back surgery went and let you know I made it.....leaving for Mexico on Thursday!...I will show you pics from that as well. (and hopefully I will look a tad better in those!)
Former WWE Diva Torrie Wilson is having back surgery later today to correct her nagging ailment, which forced her to leave professional wrestling. Here is a blog she posted this morning on her MySpace page: Hey my friends! Well, I just wanted to let you in on everything that's happening! I am going in for back surgery today and I am so very nervous. I know that I am in great hands as far as all my Dr.'s and all but it's still scary if you really think about it....I have to sathat I absolutely cannot wait to feel better though and I am so damn tired of feeling crickety and fragile and not being able to be as active as I want. They are doing a new kind of surgery where they go in through your side and use a scope to take out one of my discs and replace it with something synthetic. My Dr. says that within 6 weeks I will be able to run some (which is my loooove!) and that I will be walking around tomorrow but please please please say a prayer for me today that everything will go smoothly! If all goes well, my reward will be a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in 10 days so I can't wait for that! I will let you know how it all goes in the next couple of days. Love you all!
Wrestlezone is reporting that Torrie will make her return for one night only at the RAW house show in Boise - her hometown. Well good to know that the WWE didn't release with any hard feelings. If anyone has any pictures or videos and etc please send them.
Ever since Torrie's departure from the company, I keep reminiscing of all the highlights Torrie has done and accomplished throughout the years. Watching her on TV since 1999 to now, it is really devastating to know that she is really gone. So we here at Boise-Belle are doing a Torrie Tribute Project, a compilation of all of Torrie's highlights and what really made our heads turn and jaws drop. For our first edition of the Project, here is a music video made by our good friends at Jark Productions. Personally I find this really emotional. Everytime I watch this it really gets me.More to come soon so just sit tight.
Well, I guess by now you have heard the news that I have severed my ties to the WWE. I would like to say that I have enjoyed 7 awesome years with The WWE and wouldn’t trade any of my experiences for anything in the world. I have seen more places and met more friends and wonderful fans than I ever dreamed of when I pretty much fell into this business. From the very first time I stepped out into a packed arena, I was hooked on that adrenaline rush and knew that I would be around for a while. I really did fall in love with everything about wrestling and I can tell you all that I feel so absolutely honored to have spent the time I did working for Vince McCmahon and his family and having the opportunity to work with so many really talented and genuine superstars.
You probably have heard about my ongoing back problems and it may even seem crazy….I mean, I wasn’t exactly wrestling every single week on television but I was wrestling at least 3 days per week on non-televised shows….as well as practicing more than it appeared! I just believe that sometimes people’s bodies can handle more than others and mine is finally telling me it has had enough! It might seem weird, but my thoughts in the last few months have been that if I can’t deliver beyond my expectations and I can’t continue to grow as a superstar…well, what exactly am I going to do? I may not be remembered for my “wrestling skills”, but I damn sure can tell you that anyone that knows me well knows that I don’t do sitting around too well. I can’t begin to tell all of you how much your support over the years has meant to me and I really want you to know that I am not going to disappear…I am just on to a different chapter of my life and career at this point. I love you all and hope that you know that I will always see the positive in every situation. NOTHING can slow me down and I hope that nothing slows any of you down either…we just have to always look at everyday as a blessing and remember that everything happens for a reason!

It was not really a major surprise that lovely Torrie Wilson was released from the WWE this week, as Torrie’s chronic back issues were becoming problematic. Torrie has had an outstanding run in the business and came along in a timely fashion and had some really nice years financially with WCW and WWE. Torrie was a tomboy at heart and was much more athletic than many fans realized. I remember booking a live event card once in her home town of Boise, Idaho and thanks to Torrie’s efforts doing media, the live event over achieved. She was a great interview and there wasn’t a male DJ in the world that didn’t love having her as an in-studio guest. Torrie had a great physical presence in the ring while her Playboy experiences were some of the hottest that any WWE Diva ever did. Torrie was always a good sport and worked diligently for the WWE during my days in the corporate tower. She even endured the TV storyline of her father, Al Wilson, and all that entailed. Finally, she was the first to remind me that her Boise State football team spanked my Oklahoma Sooners in the famous Fiesta Bowl that has been replayed seemingly a million times on a variety of media outlets. Was I angry at her remarks? Are you kidding me? Who could stay angry at one of the nicest ladies ever in the WWE? Sure as hell not me and especially not over a football game. Whenever Torrie decides to settle down, some lucky man is definitely going to “out kick his coverage”.
WWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Diva Torrie Wilson as of today, May 8, 2008.
We wish Torrie the best in all her future endeavors.

According to Gerweck, Torrie says she is quite finished with wrestling for now. It's a little sad to hear this but the good news is the WWE doesn't have any plans of letting her go.
-WWE Diva Torrie Wilson did an interview on Chinese television this week. She said her back is hurting, and is doing therapy every day but the doctor tells her not to wrestle again. She said WWE has been supportive like family and have told her not worry about her job, just get better. Wilson said her wrestling career is finished for now. She is negotiating a new contract to become a spokesperson for WWE, she said like Ric Flair. WWE wants to put them together for promotions and oversee trips and autograph signings. She said she loves China and can’t wait to come back.

Despite the move to the WWE, Torrie still knows how to make jaws drop, especially in her spread in the 2003-2004 issue of Playboy which goes remarkably far to show whether on Raw or Smackdown, Torrie has outstanding charisma.
